It was a great hotel, good value for money, and we had a nice octagonal room. Great bathroom facilities, nice interior. The staff is very helpful; they respond to any request, even if it is outside of their duties. Like helping me retrieve my forgotten phone from the taxi :)

Amazing location with beautiful buildings around, while the surrounding area has plenty of markets and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, with a very good breakfast, and it's close to two DLR stations (Royal Victoria and Custom House). I would love to go back
