I will start by saying that you must try the sparkling afternoon tea at Bingham Riverhouse. It was one of the best I’ve tried in England, and they were very generous with the serving of clotted cream and sparkling wine. I spent hours there accompanied by their collection of vintage books. I was also a guest at the hotel for 3 nights. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. It was awesome being so close to the river, and to have Richmond Park just a short walk away. The bus stop from which you may take a bus to Kew Gardens is also right outside the hotel. The staff at reception were also extremely helpful! A special shout-out to Karl - thank you so much for helping me with my package delivery! For anyone looking at a relaxing and comfortable stay in London, look no further than Bingham Riverhouse!

Very comfortable studio apartment. Everything was new! Comfortable bed, all kitchen supplies that I needed was there. Nice location by the pittoresque Grand Union Canal. Close to the underground and a Sainsbury Local. And best of all, the swimming pool! Did some swim practice every day. There’s also a good gym and a yoga studio.

Location was perfect close to richmond park, next to a bus stop which takes you direct into the town. The facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi’s (included) spa/massage (which is paid) but well worth it & friendly welcoming staff every member we came across were friendly and very knowledgeable.

We had an extremely warm welcome from Alex and the team, who worked tirelessly to ensure we were comfortable and looked after. The facilities (swim, sauna, steam, grounds) were exceptional and breakfast was relaxed, with excellent options including a buffet and cooked to order eggs, omelette etc on request. The location next to the Thames was beautiful, we walked into Richmond along the river on a leisurely 50minute walk, using the R68 bus a few times. Ideal for Twickenham too

The spa facilities are really lovely. Great range of indoor and outdoor pools / jacuzzis and nice sauna and steam room. The first bedroom we were offered was quite dark but the staff were great about letting us switch to one with more natural light. Overall vibe of the hotel was relaxed and attractive. Lovely shower and comfy bed.

The location is lovely, ample grounds to walk around and enjoy. The lounge area is large and provides a nice space to relax outside of your booked room. The leisure facilities are exemplary. Lots of choice for breakfast, and plenty of dining space. Nice quiet room with good sized desk and plenty of wardrobe space.

Super lovely people, the pool complex was really good - huge gym, clean pool, easy lockers, hot sauna & perfect steam. Hotel is beautifully clean, queen room was big enough to accommodate an extra kid bed without being crowded. Breakfast was really good, lovely conservatory looking out onto gardens. Can't wait to return in the summer as loads of activities! Amazing good strong sports massage for my son was a good point too. Thank you

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. The feel when I arrived with plants and calming music , plus nice scents instantly made me relax. The spa was wonderful my room was great. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very efficient

We returned again to this lovely hotel and spa before heading home to Australia. The lovely reception manager, to our surprise ** upgraded us for the two nights stay. The Hotel restaurant is fabulous. A massage was booked at the day spa, the location to Richmond Park , the newly renovated Pub (Lass O Richmond Hill) and an easy 15min walk to Richmond Town itself and the train station into London was delightful 😊..

I arrived very early from Heathrow airport and asked for an early check-in. My assigned room was not available but the reception staff made a plan and provided me a room, which was a relief and well appreciated. The breakfast on the terrace was superb and the service was very good. We visited the spa and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, steam shower and sauna. Such lovely facilities and well-enjoyed.
