The staff from the reception through to the restaurant and bar were all exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive providing a genuine sense of being warmly welcomed as a guest, rather than a customer. Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, food was excellent. Surrounded by tall trees and expansive grounds to wander, birds everywhere (including some fabulous and very friendly peacocks).

The hotel and surrounding manor buildings were beautiful and unique. Everything was clean and cozy. Food from the bar and during the breakfast was delicious. As I was a guest to the wedding event that took place there, I could see that the staff there gave their all to make it run smoothly and that everything could be perfect, everyone was friendly and lovely.

Place was very cozy and tidy. It was nice there was a perculator and an iron, came in super handy. A lot was provided, toilet paper, oil, cooking utensils, tea coffee. Very nice for a short or longer stay and youre planning on eating/washing at home
