The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

Beautiful room with lovely old style furniture. Beds very comfortable. Separate toilet and shower. Fruit plate in our room when we arrived. Staff insisting on carrying our luggage to and from our room, besides giving good advice on restaurants and sightseeing. Excellent breakfast. This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!

We liked the view of the lake from our room. The room was functional and clean. The breakfast was good too, with many options. We had a spot reserved for us to park our motorcycle inside the gate of the property.
