After a smooth check-in process, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff member not only showed me to the room I had initially booked but also presented me with an upgraded room, both with amazing views of the lake. This gesture immediately made me feel valued and special, giving me the choice to pick the room that suited me best. The hotel's cleanliness and location were impressive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, and the breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients. One of the standout features of Pandion was its prime location.
