Our entire stay was absolutely exceptional. The manager and team at Santo Mangata were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond for us. We were also given a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival and a room upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi! Our room was luxurious and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! The facilities were immaculate - we loved the pool and jacuzzi with views of the mountain! The food was top notch too! There was a fantastic selection at breakfast and lunch and dinner were also delicious. Truly a five star experience - it was hard to leave!

Very nice and clean hotel. Good location and very friendly stuff who is willing to help with anything. The hotel is also pet-friendly.

Great atmosphere, very nice people. We felt very special. Hotel itself is on top of restaurant with very cozy and clean rooms. Next to it, there is a beach with sunbeds for hotel's guests for free. Food and drinks are very delicious.

Incredible staff, beautiful rooms and it had a private element with your own pool at your room but you can also go to the main pool to relax too. Food was gorgeous, breakfast, lunch and the dinner menu and each staff member was so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

I loved my stay at Neo Suites. After being in Athens at a hotel that was extremely disappointing, it was nice to arrive at a place that lived up to the photos and list of facilities. It was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and getting to lounge in my private pool with a view of the Aegean Sea was perfect. Also, the staff was top notch — especially Tania. I have been to over 50 countries and thanks to Tania, Santorini and Neo Suites will always stand out as one of the best places I've been.

Fabulous stay. Close to all shops and transport. Breathtaking views. Clean and neat. Our transport from the ferry communicated with the property to meet us for check-in. Check in was seamless. Staff were very helpful and arranged tours and airport transport on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. The best surprise was the fabulous breakfast delivered to you door daily.
