Third year we where there, we really like the services available in the hotel, the town, the view. But..Cleaning service now is lower, and the building is getting older, few things should be replaced or repaired. The food choices was a bit less and bit untasty compaired with the memories. Still very good but it was better.

The location is fantastic, and the views are breathtaking. It is a lovely, self-contained apartment overlooking the sea, mountains, and local amenities. Tomas and his mother welcomed me and were so pleasant and helpful, Tomas picked me up at the airport and left me back for my flight home. Fantastic people, it was a pleasure talking with them, and I was made so comfortable. I definitely will be back! Next door is an old chapel where you can light a candle for your loved ones. It's a few minutes walk into town with access to more lovely restaurants on the promenade and unique shops and jewellers. All in all, it's a beautiful place and definitely on my return list, a small oasis of tranquillity! 💖🥂🍕✈️🌞

Everything, the breakfast was delicious and had everything you wish to have. Staff were very attentive and nothing was a problem for them. Nice to see staff with a smile. Room was great and cleaning staff were great. The view from room was just stunning. The manager (Kresto, I think is the spelling) was really good at his job, nothing was a problem for him. When we had a request, he came up with the correct solution.

We have been to Dubrovnik 1x and mutually gifted this stay to my wife and I for our 26th wedding anniversary :))) The hotel surprised us beyond our expectations ... from the staff to the facilities and the location of the hotel.. After a full day of historical exploration of Dubrovnik, we had a very relaxing time in the sauna, pool and of course we finished with a relaxing massage. The surroundings and location of the hotel has its own indescribable charm :)) the restaurant where we spent the whole evening with a great dinner and wine = service of course 10 points we are already sure that we will be back again:)))

Spacious and clean room, definitely worth it's value. Quiet location but well staffed. The service is excellent and the environment is safe. It's not far from the old town, you can even walk in 30 minutes. Good breakfast and excellent sightseeing environment. Its price is definitely worth it.

The location and the view. Staff at reception v professional & friendly. The drivers (buggys) also v friendly and mannerly. Pool area and bar were excellent - staff and quality of food & drinks v good We had 2 massages which were very good but the spa itself didnt have a relaxing luxury spa feel - I was guided out to the desk and not told there was a relaxation area etc..

very good selection for breakfast. both hot and cold options available and also a chef for omelettes/pancakes etc. large breakfast room with two buffet stations at both sides of the room. mountain view from restaurant. the other side of hotel has sea views overlooking the rocky coastline. many steps down to the promenade, however hotel offers a buggy service. lovely pool/spa areas for relaxing.
