The stay in the hotel was a vacation itself. I would spend all the time in the Spa and my 25th floor room. Amazing view, the attention to every detail (the smell in the spa, lemon water, calming music, the towels soft and good smelling) , everything was perfect.

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

The staff went absolutely above and beyond to meet our wishes. I contacted them upfront to organise a birthday cake for my daughter upon arrival. Not only did the staff ask how to personalise the birthday card with her favourite cartoon character, they also made a handwritten card for her. Everyone in the staff seemed very excited about the surprise. In addition, they didn’t even charge for the extra attention! We felt so welcomed. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and great breakfast. Lovely pool area.
