The facility is beautiful and stylish. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. But the best part was the staff, especially at the bar. Really great people. Very nice cozy rooms close to the beach but in a quiet area in Gili Air. Staff was super friendly, going out lf their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. We also booked a snorkeling tour through the hotel and the guide took us to places that were not so crowded, so we were able to see a lot of turtles! Truly recommend!

Staff were very accommodating and kind. It’s a beautiful hotel right on a gorgeous beach. Relaxing tranquil vibes. Helped us to rent bikes to cycle around the island (although this was difficult due to the sand).

Upon arrival till the last second at Four Elements, everything was fairy-tale-like for me. The position of the resort is amazing. I chose it deliberately for the sunsets i heard of. This is the best spot on Gili Air to enjoy breathtaking sunsets outlooking Mount Agung (Bali)! Also,the friendliest staff one can imagine. So welcoming and caring, that i had to extend my stay! I had not planned on doing the Open Water license but Padma and Juan really got me excited with all the surrounding courses and dives. In the end I am stigmatised for life and can’t wait to go back!

Super nice location close to harbour! There is a lot of space and beautiful surroundings. I love the big pool I could literally swim which is not that obvious on the island. My room was spacious with newly renovated bathroom (half outdoor). Everybody was super friendly and helpful. I even got a desk into my room cause I needed it. Thank you so much for everything!
