Hotel Indigo in Bali is hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I am a IHG member and have stayed in Hotel Indigos in other cities, but this one blew my socks off. The hotel is beautifully designed in meeting of modern and classically Asian sensibilities. I had a walk around the grounds and it evokes the feeling of being in an Ancient Hindu or Buddhist temple. Gorgeous plants everywhere thanks to amazing gardeners . Wonderful, attentive staff who bothers to remember who you are, where you came from and what activities you booked for the day. I took the coffee art course and was impressed by how much the barista knew about coffee. It turns out one of their star baristas is a regular champion in international coffee art competitions. The hotel also has clear policy with regards to sustainability and food waste - the staff all knew where the leftovers from the breakfast buffet is used for. Amazing attention to detail and training, I must say. The location of the hotel was also perfect - you can walk out of the back and straight onto the beach. The pools had many comfy deck chairs equipped with call buttons so you don't have to get up to order a drink. The Secret Garden pool is especially beautiful at night. Lastly, my room was enormous. Had beautiful decorations and a lovely little patio where I can hang out outside. All of my Asian pet peeves were taken care of: slippers, dressing gown, generous quantifies of shampoo and conditioner.

Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.

We had absolutely the best stay in Annora. I can't emphasize enough how perfect this small villa enclave is - it's small so you never feel overwhelmed by the number of guests, it's operationally well run, it's perfectly situated close to the shopping streets of Seminyak and 7 mins walk to the beach, the staff are exceptionally attentive. The rooms are large, spacious and thoughtfully designed - you can enter your private pool from your bathroom or the front door, there's natural light flowing into your bedroom and bathroom without sacrificing privacy. Breakfast can be served in the room at no extra charge (and it was spot on time every day!), and they were kind enough to extend my checkout time by 2 hours because I was feeling ill from food poisoning. Absolutely highly recommended for anyone coming to Bali for a holiday!
