The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Malioboro Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Yogyakarta. However, the absolute best thing about this hotel is its incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, every single team member I encountered, from the dedicated cleaning crew who kept the rooms spotless to the attentive waiters and all other staff, was exceptionally nice, genuinely caring, and consistently customer-oriented. They were always willing to help out with a smile, and their warmth and professionalism made a wonderful and significant difference to my entire stay. Saw this recommended on a travel blog and it did not disappoint. Elegance and peacefulness in the middle of a busy city. Staff was extremely attentive. Breakfast had the most extensive buffet I have ever experienced. Spa treatment was excellent. Location is convenient to local shopping and attractions.
