We (couple) stayed for 3 nights. It is a magical location up amongst the clouds. Scenary is spectacular and facilities amazing. Great if you want to relax and immerse yourself in nature. Staff were also fantastic - also recommend the jeep safari to see the local area

This was genuinely an outstanding stay. The location was perfect, within a minute walk of the town centre but set apart on a rise for peace and privacy. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. However, there were two things that really made the stay outstanding. First the staff ; warm, welcoming and determined to make the stay enjoyable from the moment of arrival at reception. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention, as they were unfailingly helpful, attentive and provided a personal touch. Secondly the food, which was truly delicious, with a spice level adapted to individual taste. Overall this is a stylish but unpretentious hotel, and I think one of the very few with a bar in Munnar, and a great place to unwind. I would very much recommend it, and thanks again for the stay!

If you want to experience luxury in an old world setting this is definitely the place to stay. KTDC manages the property so well, and the staff's attention to detail is very much noticed and appreciated. When you go, do visit their Ayurvedic spa and spend some time getting a massage. It is fully worth it, and the Akka in charge is very professional and skilled. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Munnar

Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel - from Reception, Spa, Housekeeping, Restaurant - everyone had a smile and were happy to assist. Excellent level of cleanliness. Thank you all! I had a very enjoyable stay. Location is perfect, just a short walk to centre. Highly recommended for a comfortable base to explore Munnar.

Stunning views from the window - panoramic viewpoint. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were sooo helpful when planning how to spend the day and get the most out of our limited time in Munnar. Good food and location.
