Everything exceeded our expectations. When I travel to Rome this is where I will stay. It was especially great to have this property only 2 Km from FCO. Friendly professional staff. Incredible room. We stayed there twice on this recent visit and the many days and there were many opportunities to have something happen and go wrong but they went out of their way to make this place a memorable experience. No other hotel in the area can compare especially when it comes to cost. The Hilton is relatively the same price at the airport BUT it does not come close to what QC Term Roma offers.

The hotel is very well located near the airport and the vicinity has some great restaurants and cafes. If you cross over the river, it's a quaint neighbourhood and the beach is fairly close too. It was nice to walk along the river and explore a little.

Everything. .it was an overnight pitstop, but i had time in the morning for a workout in the small but very efficient gym( i row, and was thrilled to find a rowing machine) a sauna in the small bit lovely spa, and a delicious breakfast overlooking the marina. It felt like a long holiday!

Steam bath was very good, the location is nice and close to the sea, the oven is great. The staff was also friendly, and the bed and couch are very comfortable.

We liked everything about the property, it is very clean and you have everything that you might need in the room. They come daily and clean the rooms, bring nee towels and even water bottles which amazed us, given the price that we paid. Right at the end of the street there are alot of restaurants where you can eat AND the best tiramisu in Rome - Two Sizes. I would say it is well located if you are a walker - it’s well positioned so you can reach by foot the main attractions while still discovering the city. We chose to stay here as it was a 15-30 min walk to the main areas we wanted to visit- trevi fountain, colloseum, vatican, trastevere.

Everything was great. A new apartment with a huge balcony in a really cozy area of Rome. The apartment has all the facilities you need for your stay. Lorenzo, the host, helped us with literally everything. We spent there two weeks and we are already looking forward to coming again.
