The property is in a great location if you want to do some hiking in Gran Sasso mountain. About 8-10 minutes walk to Where the cable car is. It was under maintenance when I was there. The staff were all awesome, especially Alfredo and Iryna. Botn are very helpful. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast that is included is wonderful. Buffet style with lots of options. The dinner was fantastic with high end quality. I strongly recommend try their dinner. Super delicious.

This place is beautiful! The spa is lovely and breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the quieter country side at the end of our stay in Italy. Would definitely come back here.

The Palazzo is located in the heart of L'Aquila, you can reach everything by foot. We parked a car nearby, within 5-10 walk, and never had the problem to find a parking spot. The Palazzo is a really beautifully restored building, our room was spacious, comfortable, very clean. But what makes this place special are the hosts. They are amazing, they made good recommendations for the places to visit and not just in the city but in area all around city, they made good recommendations for the restaurants as well. And the breakfasts were amazing! Thank you very much and hope to back some day!
