We liked everything. The suites are 30s away from old town. Our family room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and impeccably kept. The temperature was cool for a heatwave. We also enjoyed the pool under the residence. The room had all the amenities we needed. We were cared for by the owner of the property and helped me in everything I needed including finding a hairdresser. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Lecce – Epoca Collection. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant decor and excellent facilities. The rooftop terrace with a small pool is a real highlight — sunny, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Our room was spacious, very clean, stylish, and well-equipped. We slept really well. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations to explore Lecce. We highly recommend this hotel, whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer trip. Beautiful and spotless apartment, with lots of little extras like tea and coffee machine, safe, toiletries, extra pillows and a separate dressing area. Perfect location, no more than a 5 - 10 minute stroll to everything we wanted to see and do. Our room was upgraded because a better room was available (which was very very generous!). The room was 1st floor, accessed by a lift and had two balconies! There was a cleaning service alternate days and the host was really responsive via WhatsApp if we needed anything. With the windows open, the noise of the restaurant in the square below was fairly loud but the glazing was great and we heard nothing with them closed. Air con worked though took a long time to cool the space.
