We had an unforgettable experience at Napoli Centro Suite and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by Mattia, Isabel, her lovely mother. They were not only incredibly gentle and friendly, but also very informative and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit—some of which we would have never discovered on our own—and guided us to fantastic local restaurants where we enjoyed authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Thanks to their suggestions and hospitality, our trip felt truly special and personal. The location of the accommodation is another big plus. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to explore Naples whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We truly recommend this lodging to everyone. Francesco proved to be an excellent host. Immediately available on the phone, he waited for us until late in the evening because of the train delay. The b&b is at few steps from Toledo metro Stop. The room is large, with an incredible spa hub, new, comfortable very clean. Breakfast excellent in the bar (50 meters from the b&b).

The house is very conveniently located in a very quite road in the the old city centre so we had the chance to see and experience the heart of Napoli! It's very easy to do sightseeing on foot or just take the buses or the metro that are nearby. The location as well as the house were exceptionally clean! The house is fully equiped and renovated, we didn't miss anything during our stay. The host was kind and helpful.. I would definitely recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located in a neighborhood easily accessible by taxi from Naples Central Station (maximum 20 minutes). As you approach the entrance, you'll notice the hotel sign with a doorbell, positioned at the bottom of the building. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky, but by carefully observing the hallway, towards the back on the left, you'll discover the elevator that takes you to the main entrance on the second floor. The hotel is charming, with its well-maintained garden and rooms that provide all the comfort and aesthetics one would expect from an establishment of this standard. The breakfast is diverse, and the quality of the products is excellent. The team is incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and charming!

The location is perfect - close to the old town but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment has all necessary details (AC, wifi, fridge, stove) and more (dish washer, washing machine). The communication with Flaviano was very uncomplicated and friendly. He offered us to be very flexible with our arrival which was very kind and, once we were there, explained everything well.
