The staff taking care of the breakfast was very friendly and provided a wonderful service. Same, very nice staff at the Bar and Reception. The Suite was big and very clean, confy bed.

The breakfast was gorgeous, really an amazing spread of fresh and local ingredients, and dried fruits and müesli, and a juicer, and an omelette and crepe chef -4 kinds of butter. Really amazing! Warm reception and friendly staff. The dinners were also great - as parents to 2 kids, we usually go for simple restaurants with kid-pleasing fare - but the dinner menu was truly fabulous, gourmet chef style, amazing choices where everyone could find something delicious and to their tastes, and a wonderful salad and appetizer buffet to accompany the dinner menu. And the kids had nice simpler options as well, and then could go downstairs to the playroom and let us enjoy the rest of our courses. The family room with a special kid bedroom was just what we needed, and the balconies were my favorite - unbelievable views. The pools and saunas were also wonderful - easily accessible even by elevator, great for my parents who were with us - the indoor pool is not huge but was just right for us to play and swim a bit with the kids, and even in October we could swim in the heated pool outdoors. (One is heated, one is not). I loved the gym - always makes vacation feel a little better when I can get a few workouts in. I didn't make it to the yoga hour, will have to save that for next time! Thank you guys for a lovely stay, our first time in South Tyrol and we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic location, spacious parking lot in the garage. Hotel and room with great design, attention to detail, clean, light and yet warm and friendly. Warm welcome by the hosts and very helpful attitude for every requests we had. The balcony was fantastic, the view is amazing. Breakfast with the widest selection I ever had. Excellent hotel! We spend a week for skiing, it was the best ski vacation ever. The ski lift is near by, 50 m from the hotel with direct acces from the slope. The spa area is very beautiful with an area for everyone with one inside and one outside pool comunicating each other, a baby pool and a jacuzzi, with sauna and hammam. Another area is adult reserved with 2 saunas, jacuzzi pool, kneipp pools and relaxing areas. Tea and water are offered by the hotel with oranges and apples. The appartement is huge with 2 rooms, terrace and a bathroom. Dinner is rafined, delicious and for all tastes. Alpine menu, italian menu and light menu are proposed every evening, but you can choose between dishes. Light lunch is complementary and very good- actually a vegetarian salad bar. Good wines- local and national are proposed for an extra cost. The bar is excellent with great music. Everybody is very kind, I felt like a princess all day long. The manager is very kind, always there and all the hotel crew is top, from the ladies in housekeeping, to the spa experts, reception staff, waiters and bartenders. So, thank you very much for this excellent week, we enjoyed it every single moment!
