This is a very nice property viewing Florence from up above with lovely a lovely garden. They have a shuttle that takes you to downtown every hour. The garden is lovely. The dinner was quite nice. There is a library that you can enjoy any time and even have a drink inside.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this property. They went above & beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Each person was attentive & took the time to explain ways to get to the city center, places to eat & getting my family a taxi when needed. The beds were nice, showers were larger than normal in europe which was a treat, a/c didn’t work well in my room (but I also didn’t contact them to address the issue) & an amazing restaurant-Jazz Bistrot next door.

Everything about this hotel was just right for us. We loved the comfort, the excellent breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. The shower was hands down the best we experienced during our entire stay in Tuscany. Although the hotel is located on the outskirts of Florence, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and full of great restaurants — and it’s a very pleasant walk to the city center. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Massimo, Michella, and Francesco, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Florence!

Room was amazing and the staff were really helpful with any query we had about the place. 1 hour free use of the spa facilities which included a steam room and dry sauna. The food was excellent as well as the service.
