Nonetheless, the sea is not that far (30 min walk) and they have an onsen (but forbidden for tattooed people). Their breakfast was good and with a lot in quantity. The service is nice with the tourists.

Incredible location, huge rooms and absolutely top notch buffet. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was brilliant. Didn’t try the onsen but it looked popular as many people meandered about in dressing gowns.

Everything about the stay was perfect. From the reception to our room attendant - everyone was overly polite and kind. The room was amazing (with private onsen) - very spacious, traditional style and an amazing view. The private onsen experience is well worth the money and I can only recommend it. Kaiseki dinner was private in our room - the food was fresh, interesting and tasty. Breakfast was a buffet, there was both japanese and western style breakfast - both were delicious. Overall, visiting an onsen town and trying traditional kaiseki dinner is an amazing experience that everyone visiting Japan has to experience and the Nishimuraya Hotel in Kinosaki onsen is a great place to do that.

Great location, close proximity to some of the Onsen bathhouses and the pass to get access to them all. really kind staff, we really appreciated the service provided by Ryu he was great and spoke good English to explain the processes and the various foods. Good evening meal and breakfast, big portions too. nice onsen within the property itself. a really enjoyable experience for our first time in a ryokan. really nice view out into the rear garden.

My friends and I had a fantastic one-night stay at Yuraku Kinosaki Spa & Garden. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The hotel’s shuttle service from the station made our arrival completely stress-free, which was a huge plus. We were immediately impressed by the thoughtful amenities, especially the provided yukata for each guest. Wearing the traditional garments around the town really enhanced our experience and made us feel fully immersed in the culture of Kinosaki. We were also given a pass to the town’s public hot springs. It was a wonderful way to experience the town and its unique spa culture. After our adventure, it was a treat to come back to the hotel and relax in the beautiful, private onsen they offer on-site. Our tatami rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. However, the true highlight of our stay was the kaiseki dinner. The multi-course meal was exquisite, featuring beautifully presented dishes that were as delicious as they were artistic. Overall, Yuraku Kinosaki Spa & Garden provided an unforgettable experience!
