The room was quite small, BUT the bed was very comfy, the TV was very nice and the ambient music delightful. The toilet was phenomenal. Everything was very clean. An convient store was directly connected to the hotel which was very practical. I was there with my husband and we had a very good time. Arigato gozaimasu!

Excellent place, great spa, wonderful reclining area, an area where you can talk freely (rare for Japanese hotels), wonderfully friendly staff, was so happy to have got to spend 1 week here, only wish it had been for 10! Free drinks vouchers too!

Location was great, right up the street from Sapporo station exit 10. The inside is beautiful. We really enjoyed the amenities and the buffet breakfast, especially the kaisendon and the French toast. The room TV shows what laundry machines are occupied and also tells you how crowded the public bath is, which was convenient. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Sapporo!

Excellent location. Walking distance to Nijo market where there's plenty of seafood choices which IMHO can give Otaru a missed. U can save a day making the best of your trip. Back entrance/exit is just at the Tanukikoji street. Leads to pole town which is an underground shopping streets that leads to other bigger shopping mall like Daimaru , Bic camera, Parco...govt house etc etc.. super convenient. Nice breakfast selection. Same area for resting chill out btw 2-10pm. FOC. Overall excellent value.

Breakfast is very food. Eating with a panoramic view is really enjoyable. Staff are nice and helpful.

We find the hotel next to the train station but didnt expect to be really close like this. We can hear the train running on the rail :) Nice for the experience. I walk down to see the public onsen. But we have no time to bathe there. We recognize the free ice cream stick. So, yumm. Thank you.
