It was a beautifully appointed property with gorgeous views!! The staff were amazing and the restaurant was delicious!!

The hotel is situated in a very small and picturesque village; the view of the valley and the mountains of Switzerland beyond were spectacular. The hotel fits nicely into the surroundings with its traditional design. The interior is modern cottage; kitchen and bathroom appliances are updated and our room was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the service was exceptional. We saw no staff other than the pleasant woman who prepared our eggs and served others breakfast. Check in is done through a digital kiosk which was new to us but easy enough to navigate. The village of Triesenberg has only a few restaurants; we ate dinner at Hotel Kulm where the staff happily accommodated us with vegetarian and vegan meals. We later sat outside and drank Gluwein with some of the locals who were as friendly as ever.

It's one of our most favorite location for Christmas. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit on a simple side and mostly the same every day. The dinner is on the other side proposes variety and is very delicious. The ski-lift is just feets away from the hotel. The hotel has a sauna complex with 3 saunas and a relax / sports zone.

I definitely need to highlight the hotel restaurant. In my opinion, this one is the best in Malbun, however rather expensive. I appreciate an option with connected family rooms and bunk bed. We also saw sheeps from the window! My kids were charmed and really loved it.
