Our hosts were very welcoming and made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had the pleasure to try some really great authentic local food for breakfast and dinner. Really enjoyed our two nights here, would definitely stay again.

I stayed at a hotel in Summerset for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Even though it was a short stay, everything met my expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced hotel in SummerSet.

Great stay in Dambulla – perfect location and lovely staff! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dambulla. It’s just a short walk to the famous Dambulla Cave Temple, which was super convenient. There were tuk-tuks right outside the hotel that took us easily to Sigiriya. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they even offered to drive us to the train station after our stay. The hotel also provides currency exchange and cash withdrawal services, which made things really easy for us. Our room was excellent: spacious, very clean, with a super comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Dambulla!

We stayed in the red studio for 4 nights and enjoyed it as much as we could. House is nice, but the open bathroom is perfect. Also a small swimming pool and a whole place in the middle of nowhere, just nature, birds (and lake). Bawanthe is a really kind and nice guy and he tries to do everything for you and your happiness. He cooks delicious food - we eat there for breakfast and dinner.. If you have a few more days please stay a little bit longer, because in one night you can't evaluate all this what they offered to you.

This accommodation is located at great location convenient to the city center, restaurants, bus stop etc. Walkable to all these places. The location and its surroundings are quite and clean. The accommodation is very spacious, clean, comfortable and surrounded by great greenery. Free breakfast is decent. Host is very nice, kind, humble and friendly personal. The host possess extraordinary skills in hospitality. Host is always available to help you. This is an added free value service for your stay at this accommodation. Host arranged Tuk-Tuk service to Dambulla Caves, Sigiriya, and Polonnaruwa for economical charges. Host also dropped me at the bus stop for my next travel destination for free. That is great and shows personal attention and excellent hospitality you receive at this accommodation. Thank you very much for your help and exceptional hospitality during my two nights stay at Gamagedara Resort.
