The service was exceptional. It was my birthday and I was given a cake on the day, which helped make the day that much more special. The variety of places to dine or go for a drink within the hotel met all our needs. The complimentary city tour gave us a great background to Colombo's history and was very interesting.

Although my flight arrived early in the morning, I was able to check in smoothly using the early check-in system and rest in my room. They prepared a nice room with a sea view. They helped me a lot to go to the temple early in the morning. They also made me a picnic box because I couldn't eat breakfast. All the staff, including the restaurant staff, were great.Thank you so much!
