The property is quite new, especially in comparison with other hotels in Pokhara. They have an elevator (which is a quite rare thing in Pokhara) and hot pool (which unfortunately I didn’t have the time to try). The manager, Bikash, was very kind to upgrade our booking from standard room to deluxe room, and when we checked out, he was so kind offering us some coffee before our 8 hr drive to Kathmandu. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area is near the lakeside, so you can find anything around the hotel area.

The location is awesome, quiet but close to the Main Street and lake. The room is clean and overall amenity and breakfast are all great. Special thanks to the friendly staff at front desk who was very supportive to help find back the glass we lost and even help upgrade the room in our second stay (thanks Bipin !) :)

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Chino! The location is perfect—right in Lakeside, just a short walk from the lake. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of Phewa Lake and the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with great coffee. I also appreciated the peaceful rooftop for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pokhara—great value, great service, and unforgettable views!

Staff were amazing. We loved the room. Unfortunately we couldn’t see the view as we expected due to the dense fog, but we still enjoyed the stay very much. Maybe they can fix the pool table sticks a bit.
