The airport drop off service and Breakfast Buffet. Although, they need additional room for breakfast buffet the food was good.

We had one of the best stays in Islamabad. From the location to the atmosphere to the view, everything was really great. Parking was clean, safe and had tight security. Apartment had sophisticated and high end look. We were quite satisfied with the design of the apartment. The host recieved us and was quite warm and friendly. He welcomed us and made us feel at home. The host catered to all our needs so kudos for that. I will come again with my family and would recommend others to book the apartment too.

My stay was exceptional. The Hotel is beautifully serene and very well structured and organized. There are so many things to do and many restaurants to enjoy. I absolutely loved the rooms, classically designed, very spacious and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very large and spotlessly clean. The laundry and drycleaning service is the best I have ever experienced in any hotel, at a fraction of normal costs. The staff are so helpful, professional and sincere. I enjoyed a number of restaurants (4) and they were all fantastic, offering diverse menus. The coffee shop is a great place to go to for lighter meals, with a beautiful garden to relax in. The grounds of the Islamabad Serena are something to behold, very romantic with every corner designed to suit its own purpose. There is a selection of very well curated shops where you can find a good selection of authentic artwork, paintings, antiquities, books, Persian pottery, carpets and a very high-end fashion boutique for ladies, which I highly recommend. I made use of the Maisha Spa and the two pools, and I was very impressed by the high-end facilities on offer. The Hotel is located in one of the most secure complexes in Islamabad, in close proximity to the UN offices, World Bank and most Government offices. I have travelled to more that 70 countries and stayed in most high-end hotels on offer, the Serena in Islamabad is very special and a must stay for anyone visiting. It is not a stay, it's an experience you won't forget.
