The hotel was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms had automated / remote controlled blackout curtains. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The restaurant and room service on site was absolutely delicious. It was a great hotel and a wonderful experience! Plus the Spa and Pool in the lower level is divine!

The room we had was very big (double superior with orangerie) and very clean. The hotel breakfast was varied and delicious. We loved having the Nespresso coffee machine in the room and the hotel staff were very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel in heart of Krakow Old Town. Few minutes of walking to Cathedral and square where Christmas advent was happening. Hotel has spa facilities like pool, saunas and massage bathtubs. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend!
