Everything was good. The room is clean and has everything you need for our stay. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, nice staff. A great base for exploring Wieliczka and Krakow. There is a railway stop next to the hotel, from where you can reach the center of Krakow in 20 minutes. The service is fine.

Great place. Clean, through and through. Very central, and easy to get inside, no picking up of keys needed. I had a terrace, which was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Krakow. Close to center without being very expensive. I will probably come back some time.

super friendly and helpful staff at the Restaurant and Spa. Breakfast is outstanding - selection, room and service!! Pool area is very nice and totally clean but a little bit too cold (room temperature and water - except the whirlpool and sauna area). Very modern room features -> f.e. window shading and comfortable beds & pillows.
