Pleasant upmarket design and nice surroundings. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, room fridge was quiet. We were one of the first guests so we received a welcome gift - delicious cakes, the one for my wife was gluten free which was really thoughtful.

I had some issues with my booking wherein i booked on the wrong dates and they were kind enough to still help me out with the room even after their working hours. The rooms were spectacular, and they even had a Shattaf (hand bidet) Heated floors were just super comfortable.

I must say the hotel is very nice and it is in perfect location. Breakfast was extraordinary for three stars hotel, honestly I do think that the hotel should have one more star. Dinner at hotel's restaurant was gastronomic experience !!! Hotel's staff were very friendly and always with smile on their faces . In hotel's wellness we felt like in privet wellness. THANK YOU

We loved everything about Hotel Sabala. Its position at the heart of Krupowki Street with a bus stop within 3 minutes walk and a short walk from the Gubalowka Funicular, its decor, the room and also the facilities. The minute we stepped into this beautiful hotel we knew we were in for a positive experience. We really enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with a nice range of local specialities. The breakfast room was also so nicely decorated for Christmas.

With beautiful views of Tatra Mountains and green meadows, the Willa Helan features a sun terrace and barbecue facilities. Its elegant rooms come with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels....

A complete experience from when we checked in to the time we left. The room and facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, delicious traditional Polish breakfast. Location was great nearby to a bus stop, although we did need it, and the staff was the best, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Our room was very nice and spacious, bed was big and reasonably comfortable. For the first time ever in a hotel, I have seen an offer to choose a pillow of your liking. If you prefer some memory foam, an orthopaedic pillow or some other, they do have 6 different kinds to choose from. The pool and saunas are a great addition to the hotel. We recommend these. They are a fair size considering the size of the hotel. Three different kinds of sauna and a cold bath are available. You are not required to wear a swimming suit or a towel. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of products. Great sweet breakfast choice with many overnight oats, desserts, yoghurts, freshly baked waffles, etc.
