Everything was great The food was very tasty and varied.We really like Poncha lesson and the folklore group of Madeira :) Just a quick shoutout to commend your team, especially the animators and service staff. This place is a dream! Beautiful, lush surroundings, spacious room with a view, friendly staff and especially accommodating to vegans. Would definitely recommend!

The location is wonderful, very peaceful and picturesque. The staff was very kind and friendly, we felt like we were at home or with close relatives. It's a beautiful location with wonderful people, we will be back.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel !! I don't know if they had some off season prices, or if it's the fact I was staying during the week and not the weekend, but I wasn't expecting something THAT nice for the price I paid ! first, the hotel is very tastefully decorated, from the common areas to the rooms, then the staff is awesome, very helpful, smiling, nice, at reception or in the restaurant or the cleaning staff. The rooms are big, confortable, with private balcony. View is amazing, on the sea or on the cliffs. You probably have amazing sunrise when the weather is fine. They are right next to the free natural swimming pools, and they give us a voucher for the other ones, where you normally have to pay. the rooftop is amazing, with beds to relax, a big chess game and a swimming pool. Unfortunately the weather didn't let me enjoy that. Heated swimming pool in the ground floor too. You need to book for the sauna/hammam. The restaurant was very good, from the breakfast to the diner.
