Clean and very friendly and helpful staff

Very kind & supportive staff; very delicious breakfast (nice concept with buffet but also additional ordering at the table); „at home“ feeling in my room with comfortable interior design (love for every detail & small gestures). I arrived at the hotel in the evening. Very friendly first impression and the prompt agreement that they will turn on the sauna for me. I could go in my room and get comfy & then directly downstairs after 20mins to enjoy an empty & most pleasant spa atmosphere. Big love!

The room and location was excellent. Enjoyed walking around to see the sites. Enjoyed the massive buffet with something for everyone. Definitely one of the highlight stays of our 3 weeks in Portugal

The Staff was amazing, I stayed there for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a special day, I couldn't thank enough Diogo Mila and Allan Diogo ! The overall experience was incredible : the decorations, the service, the spa, the wine/ cheese tasting, the breakfast, the comfort of the rooms... It was a memorable stay, I highly recommend.

This was a fantastic hotel. The staff was exceptional and the history of the buildings were very interesting. The views from numerous terraces are some of the best in the entire city of Lisbon. This hotel is exceptional and I look forward to returning

The design of the hotel interior, rooms, details are exceptional. The warm welcome, reception staff, the room and especially the bathroom-room concept is exceeding the expectations for "an airport hotel". I am a Muslim with hijab-niqab and the receptionists immediately cared for my nutrition details, without my asking: like the cookies not having gelatine, etc. The room welcomes you with a couple of desserts and drink, with a warm note. The room also has a coffee machine, for capsule coffee drinking. The towels are large and good in number. The use of light buttons are very smart, there is also a separate small chair to read or relax. The walls are insulated well. The breakfast is very rich, the dinner options are too. The restaurant has a beautiful design, with some parts separated with flower shelves, which is very helpful to have a rather private experience while eating, i.e. not everyone is seeing what everyone is doing. This is a life-saving detail for me as a niqabi, however it can relieve many visitors who want to have a private, focused experience. The crowded and noisy groups can sit farther and you can enjoy a quiet, peaceful dinner beside the windows. Very smart to use such an area with separations, creates an enriched ambiance. The food at the breakfast is rich and the fruits, cookies, desserts, coffee and breads too. Serving staff are closely watching you if you need anything. The reception hall is beautifully designed, there are separate couches to wait for your flight, or separate chairs to sit with friends to read or relax. Also an Apple PC-printer at the corner to help you to print your tickets. The location is superb, 10 minutes walk to airport, and the metro entrance is inside the airport building so you can jump to metro and visit the city center after a few stops, and come back to catch your flight. I had to stay very short due to a business stay, however the hotel deserved a longer, enjoyable stay with your spouse or a close friend.

The pool was great and we loved the event that was hold on the terrace on Fri evening. Great staff at the reception, super helpful employees. We are declaring ourselves a bit obsessed with the chocolates we found in the room, plus BIG THANK YOU for the complementary champagne for our honeymoon and the wonderful poem! Super grateful that we have picked your hotel and we definitely intend to come back!
