Spectacular position, very elegant hotel, we were accommodated in a family room/ suite on fourth floor and were simply delighted. Great staff, excellent breakfast with very good selection swrved but with additional possibilities included.

Hotel is very well located in between of a new and modern part of town, river Danube and historical center. Despite of its central location it is very calm during the night and you will sleep well.

The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added to the overall ambiance and made me feel like I was in a truly unique and special place considering it was a palace at one stage where the king reigned and with it being over 900 years old it has a lot of history, yet was refurbished to what it is now 15 years ago and has had many a famous sports celeb and dignitaries through their halls. Yes we got a history lesson from the security guard who had been there for over 15 years. A very charming and knowledgeable man. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the staff. Each and every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had the best possible experience. They made me feel like a valued guest and their genuine hospitality was evident in every interaction. Whether it was the front desk staff who greeted me with a warm smile every time I entered the hotel, the housekeeping team who ensured my room was always immaculate, or the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service during my meals, every staff member played a crucial role in making my stay unforgettable. The level of service provided by the staff at this Boutique Hotel truly sets it apart from other establishments.
