the pictures on the website don't do justice at all: the hotel is MUCH better in reality than it looks like in the pictures (it was a great surprise for us) ; the style and interior decoration are amazing ; the garden and terrasse are beautiful ; definitely a place to stay for hikes in the warmer seasons ; the buffet breakfast was great ; the buffet dinner was also great (good quality and range) ; the restaurant was beautiful ; the hotel was very clean, extremely well maintained and stunning in its architecture (a classic gem) ; the staff was helpful and respectful ; the location was excellent (e.g.: close to cablecars, hiking tracks, ski slopes, town) ; the parking was big and easy to move into ; the spa & wellness facilities were excellent and clean ; the bar was cool and barmen very friendly and at your attention ; live music is played on some days and over the weekend (pianist) ; the gopass included is a real bounty for the activities around ; there is a playroom for children and a big conference room ; the room and bed were comfortable ; the bathroom was clean ; we had a very good view from our room (classic room with view) ; we could even witness a sky-tearing storm ; the hotel is so good you could spend the whole there without feeling you're missing out ; I could go on and on but a definite gem in the Tatras ; one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone going in the Tatras ; very good value for money ; internet was good too and possible to work from the room desk

Coming in Slovakia every year, this is the best hotel/restaurant where we have been in so far. The hotel has a classical design and everything from the bedroom to the restaurant or the service were perfect. Our Kids really enjoyed the place and specially the indoor swiming pool.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable and good location hotel. Receptionist very friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. Willing to "go extra mile" to help us. Beds very comfortable, had good sleep. Wellness such a great bonus to our holiday. We been here previously and planning to return again.

We spent 2nd time at this hotel and it was again amazing!!! Nice and helpfull staff (especiallly receptionist Radka), rich variety of food, great location , comfy beds, last but not least their wellness- fantastic!!!! Go for it:)

Everything was perfect. Very nice and cozy set up. The living room is very comfortable, especially the lovely sofa. Part of the accommodation is a balcony with a view of the mountains. The bathroom has a heated floor which we really appreciated. The kitchen seemed well equipped, however we didn't really use it apart from the Nespresso machine. The bedroom is super cozy. The bed is spacious and comfortable. We loved every minute of our weekend stay. Will definitely recommend and also try to come back. Thank you for wonderful memories.
