Some customisation of breakfast for toddlers is possible. Had a rental car, so no issues with location. Live counter chef makes better french toast and other varieties than a 5 star property.

This hotel is really high standards and we also ate on their grill restaurant Char’d. It was exceptional. The staff was so helpful and nice. Thai standards of hospitality are high but this was extraordinary.

Everything was excellent the resort is well maintain, very affordable, has multiple entertainment facilities, multiple pools plus kids pool slides. I recommend it to all whom visiting Phuket must try it for night and they will not regret. Near to beach and mountains.

perfect stay for families with kids! there’s a kiddie pool with mini slides, a larger pool for the grown ups, and 2 tall water slides surrounded by a lazy river. rooms, grounds and facilities are well maintained even though it’s an older property. steps away from shops and only about 100m away from the beach. lovely staff and excellent management. was here during peak season and it was super crowded especially at breakfast, but everything ran like clockwork and staff were professional made it look like managing that chaos was nothing. highly recommend this place.
