The rooms are spacious and in good conditions. All very clean. The staff is always available by message before arrival and during the stay. Easy to do a room upgrade on arrival. Easy to book transfer to and from the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of options. The menu for lunch and dinner is very good. Massage personnel are very kind and professional. Everything very cleaned. No bugs or geckos inside the room.

Of course it is a beautiful resort, but what made it 10/10 was the staff! Super nice and helpful people! Also, they have an own app, which made communication, transportation and even reservations, so everything really easy during our stay. We traveled with our baby, I would totally reccommend this resort for families, they even had a wonderful kids corner.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and super comfy, with all the amenities you might need as flip flops for the pool, hairdryer, etc. Food was very good, pool was amazing and the location is great. Near to great restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach.

Quiet and peaceful place with a stunning view! Good beach for a swim and also a pool that is a nice size. We could stay longer and will be back some day :).

We were here last year. They’ve renovated some of the rooms so he had a lot more space. And the pool was awesome! Waking up and going for a swim in the jungle setting. Can’t beat it! The breakfasts have gotten cheaper too. It’s in the perfect spot, right next to a restaurant with huge portions and only a short walk from Charlie’s beach. Saw so much wildlife! The owners are super sweet too. They only speak a little English, but it’s easy to communicate with them, and for anything complicated there’s google translate.
