This is our second time at Full Moon Spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located, right at the start of the Old Street. We brought our young kids with us and they really enjoyed being able to use the private spa in the room. My husband and I loved going down to the adult spa downstairs. I have some dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. The food portions were very generous, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The rooms was spotless, well lit, and the bed was comfortable. I requested for extra pillows, and they were provided immediately, at no extra cost.

Beautiful property! Everything is so clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed (maybe a bit more on the firm side, if that matters to someone), and the bathroom is so big (amazing water pressure). The service is excellent - the front desk was so helpful when we had questions about transportation and exchanging money. The breakfast buffet is a nice mix of western options with Taiwanese and other Asian offerings. The location is also great as it’s a 5 minute walk to the Brown line and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Red line. I highly recommend this hotel!

convenient location. lots of good local eatieries. Most are local hole in a wall but has good and tasty and safe food. CarrFour is across the street. bathtub is Japanese sitting bath that comes with a bench and water scoop. Not practical but very interesting and relaxing. location is close to the botanic garden.
