We loved everything about our stay! The Shergiron Plaza hotel just opened in July 2025, so everything is brand new. From the moment you walk in, you can see — and even smell — that fresh, new feeling 😊. Interestingly, we couldn’t even find them on Google Maps, which was a bit strange for us, but we’re so glad we did find them! It’s summer in Uzbekistan and very warm, so for our family, having a clean and well-maintained swimming pool was essential. While searching on Booking, we saw many negative reviews about other hotels’ pools — some with poor water conditions, and in some cases, the pools were rented out so guests couldn’t use them, or they had to share with large crowds. At Shergiron Plaza we had a perfectly clean pool all to ourselves 😊. Theit swimming pool is new, spotless, peaceful - perfect for relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and did their best for us to feel welcome! The hotel is just a short walk from the city centre. We didn't use it, but notice they also have saunas, small pool/bubble bath. They also offer massages, which we all enjoyed — truly the best we’ve ever had - and at a great price! Just a note: if you prefer a gentle massage, let the lady know in advance, as she gives her best effort 😊.

I had an amazing stay at Dendi Plaza Hotel! The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — they even helped me arrange a taxi and gave great local tips. The location is very convenient, just a short drive from Lyabi Hauz. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. I definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers and anyone visiting Bukhara. Great value for money

The hotel was beautiful with big rooms and lobby and aesthetically decorated. The staff was very kind and friendly. They allowed us a complimentary early check in and late checkout. Mr Sherzod the Manager was responsive and helpful. He even arranged a guide for us. Overall very comfortable and relaxing stay.
