The hotel design was gorgeous, very glamorous and tasteful but with a nod to the old style Madrassa arches. Very spacious lobbys and very big rooms with balconies too. The balcony overlooked the central courtyard which was a very relaxing place to have pre-dinner drinks. The bedlinen was very soft and cosy. Bathroom very comfortable. The food was good too. The Manager asked us how we were, were we happy etc. Pool was lovely as was breakfast.

It was an oasis in the heat of southern Uzbekistan during the summer, with good AC to help cool down. The gentleman at reception was very polite and helpful, breakfast was superb. Location was great, close enough to the old city but in a much quiter neighborhood.

I loved everything about the stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location was a 5 mins drive to the old city or 20 minutes walk. The breakfast spread was amazing and honestly one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel in Uzbekistan. The staff was friendly and so helpful especially the two male receptionists. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in khiva. You won't regret it. The staff helped me book my flights back to Tashkent and honestly went above and beyond to help us.
