It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

Actually i like everything about this hotel, from A to z it was perfect staying at grand hyatt . The staff was helpful , the valet service was fast , and what i like about the bathroom there are two sink , the balcony was nice but not for sitting because it’s scary, the room is big .

It was bigger than what i expected for 2 adults and 1 10 yrs old kid. Beach was amazing and food was very tasty with perfect service staff. We have tried their Steak House , and it was amazing with live chill music dj performance .
