Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Fantastic food! Very short walk to the ski lifts, clean rooms, and very nice spa.

Perfect location - you can start skiing right from the entrance to the hotel. Ski pass and equipment you can buy inside the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner (with an amazing mountain view). We also asked for the birthday package for our daughter - and it was really great (includes beautiful cake with candles, lemonades and gift - all for extra payment). The pool was a really good activity for the evening. We and our kids (aged 4 and 10) really enjoyed the stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available and the apartment also offers ski equipment hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding etc. It was nice and clean on arrival and we didn't have any interruptions from staff, cleaners etc. On the whole a very pleasant stay, great location and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

The friendliest staff and one of the best pools I've visited. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. Everything was flawless, we had a great time!

Very good experience, traditional but new buildt house with every comfort, situated in the heart of Koprivshtitsa. Excellent breakfast.

Each has a mini bar and a balcony overlooking Rila, Verila and Plana mountains. Very nice facilities, very well kept, professional staff, excellent food. This hotel might as well be 5 stars.

During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is great! The room is very comfortable, clean, all cosmetics are in large quantities and of excellent quality! The spa is very clean, cozy, the massage is professional, the cuisine is delicious, I definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday, there are board games in the lobby - we had a great time by the fireplace with games!
