So even the resort had more than 85% ocupation rate it felt like was all just for us !. Many of the pools are heated so kids had a great time. Pools are scattered all over the place so you can take your choice of location, pool bar and tourists arround to acompany you. Aqua Park was a must so we spent some time there as well. The beach has an entrance to the sea with sand and it is very good for kids. No waves, low depth and very safe. We been mostly to El Khan restaurant as we like local food wherever we travel. I must say all management here is FULLY COMMITED to food security, cleaness and quality of all they serve as food, drinks and so forth. Also the a la carte restaurant ShellFish highly recomended.

Our swim-up room was the highlight: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing right outside our door. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was calm and elegant, and the staff were consistently helpful, kind, and professional-always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the restaurant by the pool-it became our go-to place each day. The food, the setting, and the service there made every meal feel special. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we’ve had. We felt truly taken care of and would come back without hesitation. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
