We had a lovely stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Sara at check-in – she was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Adam was also very kind and assisted us with our car, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

It is supper kids friendly hotel along side with a lot of fun programs that keep your kids busy and you can enjoy son and pools The location of hotel is close to see and if would be lucky and the see would be clam then you can Snorkeling and enjoying the under see world. The hotel facilities was great and you don't need to leave the hotel as I have booked all inclusive ,however there are some ordinary resturant in 10 min walks. I have not tried them I have only pass by them.

The on-site restaurant, La Canaria, serves 7 times a week a buffet with cold, warm plates and desserts. Every evening we have a different theme night; Spanish Buffet, Italian Buffet, Tex-Mex buffet, international Buffet, Outside Barbeque. Property was great! Nice staff and amazing views!

Great hotel with a long tradition. The buffet restaurant in this hotel is THE BEST I've ever been to. The choice of food is incredible, I often couldn't decide what to eat because everything looked so good. And not only is there a lot of food, but it is also of very high quality.

Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel is situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a 5-minute walk from Las Palmas Marina and surrounded by extensive gardens. This hotel features an outdoor pool, 3 restaurants, a rooftop bar, a wellness centre and free WiFi.

The Santa Catalina’s wellness centre offers hot tubs, Turkish baths and beauty treatments. A fitness centre is available for free. Guests can access the spa for an extra cost. Everything, the place is beautiful, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

A series of steam and dry sauna rooms with 'snail showers in between the rooms and an icy room with a pool. The breakfast buffet included everything you might ever want to eat. Lovely grounds.
