Speaking English, Spanish and French at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. We were greeted by one of the nicest receptionist, Rebecca. She made us feel so welcome. She gave us all the information we needed. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The room and bathroom were very big and comfortable and immaculately clean. Parking in the hotel was convenient. The hotel was walking distance to everything we needed.

Spa and pools were superb. Food was very good. And service top notch.

The restaurant serves traditional dishes and offers a TV with Canal Plus channels. The building itself is amazing. The room was very large and comfortable. The location is great with convenient parking before and a 5 minute walk to plaza Mayor
