We just wanted to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth, and eat good food. Mission accomplished! We chose the Privilege option in order to have access to a specialty restaurant and the rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the sea - and the choice was worth the extra cost. The check-in process as well as responding to our various questions were all handled in a relaxed, efficient, personable manner. Our room was a junior suite with lots of space and a generous balcony from which we enjoyed a sea and land view. While we favored the rooftop pool, there were a few other very nice pools as well. The so-called Privilege restaurant offered a lovely fine-dining menu, and the staff were terrific. There are mostly other hotels and apartment buildings in the immediate neighborhood, but there is some pleasant retail too, and a very nicely landscaped waterfront promenade. We were very happy with our stay because our goal was to relax in a nice resort.

The nearest beach is 400 metres from Dreams Jardin Tropical Resort & Spa. Siam Park is a 3-minute drive from the property, and Tenerife Sur Airport is 15 minutes away by car. The design of hotel itself is like a sightseeing spot, especially the roof of the building. The breakfast has a rich selection and until 12:00. Many facilities like pool, afternoon refreshment, live music day and night (even at breakfast), which makes a very good atmosphere.

Speaking German, English, Spanish and French, staff are willing to help at the 24-hour front desk. Staff is great. Location is great. All the facilities they have in the hotel are just so well organized. Facility to take care of kids in the hotel is really great as well. It was such a good experience staying in this hotel. We will come again.

All units include a seating area with a sofa. Everything was wonderful, from the location itself, the view from the room (which was spectacular) to the kindness of the personal. The room was always very clean and the breakfast exceptional, very diverse. I would definitely like to come back. 😃
