Each room has an en suite bath or shower with hairdryer and luxury toiletries supplied. All have a flat-screen TV with DVD player, iPod dock and tea and coffee facilities.

Freshly cooked breakfasts feature homemade bread and sausages and home-cured bacon. Locally caught fish and free range eggs from a local farm are also used at The Old Rectory. This was the most beautiful place to stay the service was impeccable every detail thought of - literally cannot fault it, staff were amazing !

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment features a sauna. Location is outstanding. beautiful views. Very cozy

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a rooftop pool, lake view and a terrace, Delightful 2 Bed Double Decker Bus with Hot Tub is set in Uckfield. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a hot tub, and open-air bath, as well as a garden. It was just perfect, quiet, private, warm and comfortable beautiful view we had a fabulous time

Guests at the apartment can work out in the fitness room or relax in the spa and wellness centre, equipped with a sauna and a hot tub. A bicycle rental service is available at Sea View Holiday Flat - Covehurst Bay, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. The facilities are really great. Walking distance to a beach with pretty much no one else on it and lovely mini-waterfalls on the way. Close enough to Hastings seaside experience, Cambersands and Port Lympne Safari Park.

Guests at the holiday home can work out in the fitness room or relax in the spa and wellness centre, fitted with a sauna and a hot tub. If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings and Swallows Nest - Covehurst Bay Cottage can arrange a bicycle rental service. All of it was great, loved the comfy bed and bedding.

All our bedrooms are spacious and have either Twin beds, a Super King or an Emperor bed (in our Junior Suites only) as well as beautiful marble bathrooms/shower rooms, smart TVs and stunning views of the Sussex coast. The Junior Suites have both a walk-in shower and a double jacuzzi. Historic property (the elevator is quite old, really cool to ride it) and big rooms with high ceilings. The bathroom is quite large as well. Everything was clean, there's also a fridge in the room if you need it (but it was quiet). Very friendly staff, always up for a chat or recommendations what to do or where to go. There's a breakfast option available, which we didn't use. We however used the small icecream cart at the entrance. The hotel is directly at the promenade. It doesn't have it's own parking, however you can park for 2 £/day on the street with an H-card and you only need it Mo-Sat from 8-18. We never had any issue finding a parking spot.

All 45 rooms have been entirely refurbished, including, five new Veranda Suites with private terraces. A number of new public spaces and dining concepts, which reflects the relaxed, yet sophisticated new interiors and style of the hotel are now revealed. Location, staff were very kind, room was clean and cozy

The hotel’s spa features various treatment rooms. At Flackley Ash Hotel Restaurant and Spa, guests can also enjoy a gym, a 40 ft heated indoor swimming-pool, a hot tub and saunas. Various beauty treatments and massages are also available. Lovely dinner. Good selection and good preparation. Service exceptionally good
