Enjoy the chic ambiance of our café-bar or unwind on the spacious terrace, overlooking the pool. The location is very nice by the lake with a nice walkng lane towards the Center and Castle. Breakfast has veey good variety of choices. P.S. I had a small accident outside the hotel, but the hotel staff was very helpful with everything they could've supported to make the stay easier.

The hotel boasts 200 exceptionally designed rooms and suites offering richly appointed living rooms and luxurious marbled bathrooms. All guests can enjoy breakfast served in the privacy of their rooms. The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

Room was very cozy and the bed very confortable bed. We enjoy the jacuzzy and sauna. Exceptional breakfast - with many options, homemade products and very tasty

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.
