Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

The facility is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the water. Breakfasts are delicious, dinners even better. Large, heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers. The service was very nice, always asking if everything was OK.

WOW! Im not sure where to start- the rooms were amazing. So spacious and luxurious. The staff were AMAZING. Housekeeping was amazing- manager George was beyond amazing. Always looking to help us and make our stay more comfortable. They even packed us breakfast on our last day because we needed to leave early (ithout us even asking!!)

An à la carte breakfast is available at the accommodation. We loved the oriental decor, the friendly owner, the perfect central location in the heart of the Old Town. Roof seating area was also very relaxing and relatively quiet given the central location. We also loved and would highly recommend the amazing breakfasts at the Decan Bistro Breakfast Brunch that is run as part of the same set up and is almost next door in the same block.
