Our stay at Kastelli was just perfect. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, in a great location, with great facilities. We were welcomed upon arrival, given a complimentary drink and then a short tour of the property. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite and we had spectacular views of the sunrise. The main pool was beautiful but there are also several smaller quite pools dotted around the property. Breakfast was great, lunch and drinks were great and all reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Location wise you cannot go wrong, you can exit the proprty from the rear and walk 2 mins along a well lit footpath that is perfectly safe to reach shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Don't stay anywhere else in Kamari, this property is wonderful.

The services, the location and the BEST SUNSET on the island! There are rooms with privacy with the pool and sun only for you. The breakfast was stunning! You can order with their app the food you want and the hour. The front desk deserves 10*! Perfect staff. They helped us with all reservations and info about everything! The rooms are big, luxury, beautiful! The maids if you want they make clean 2..3 time per day! The pool was heated, perfect for a bath at any hour! Thank you very much for all. If we will come back to santorini, you will be our only choice!

It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. This is not merely another property .. Elessa is the dream of Yanni its owner who is personally involved and present on the property. Every aspect right from reservations to ensuring pick up from the airport or port is promptly and warmly done. Elessa is a luxurious property in Pyrgos with a fantastic view of the sea. Pyrgos which was the capital of Santorini is a pretty village with character and some great food options. While the sunset from OIA is justifiably famous, we found the sunset view from the Pyrgos castle (15 mins walk from Elessa) to be stunning too .. Mike who works with Elessa to handle transport is very dependable and friendly … he has been six sigma in terms of ensuring we get picked up and dropped off on time everytime. We had the villa with hot pool and we throughly enjoyed our time at Elessa. Breakfast is very good too and wirh multiple freshly cooked options. Overall a lovely experience and we look forward to being back :)
