We booked for the sea view suite with private pool and got upgraded to the villa. We are so happy with the upgrade. The staff who assisted us - Pantelis is so nice, kind and helpful. Every time we ask him something, he will respond us immediately with useful information. The room is so nice, the food is so good and the view is amazing.

The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

Quiet location in a busy island, close to the Main Street. Helped us with setting a tour for the next day. Everything 5 star hotel should be, even if not the cheapest.

The rooms and hotel is tastefully decorated and the location although a couple of km away I f the center of the activities in Zakynthos is perfect for a getaway in a very nice decor.
