Unobstructed sea view from the room (booked a sea-view room) . Classic style, high ceilings, nice little balcony. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff - they saw at the check in that my husband will have a birthday while we are in the hotel and they brought us a free bottle of a sparkling wine! So nice! Hotel has own parking, but also a nice parking place just 10 meters from the hotel. Price is quite the same (5 eur less for 2 days at a hotel). Location is super - short walk to everything in Opatija.
