The attention to detail in the rooms made my stay feel confortable and luxurious. The pool was always clean and the temperature was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all so lovely. They remember you name from the start and make you feel so welcome. You are literally the only people on the beach which makes everything 100% more luxurious.

Free WiFi is provided. if we could we would rate it 12/10. this is not only great hotel it is true experience. the service is outstanding. location is stunning and in the best part of the island! you are on the beach 3min walk to 2 zones where you will find great restaurants and some nice parties but you are still in chill zone. during the day they serve great snacks, drinks etc. so many cute details. the pool is breathtaking and ilumination makes it even better! Gili Trawangan Harbour is 800 metres from the property. Free WiFi is featured . Location was good and with direct access to the main street where the most restaurants and bars are. The hotel is clean and rooms comfortable enough despite not being too big. The pool is simply great and close to every room of this hotel, which is fantastic. It feels like your own private pool as you have about 3 meters between the entrance of every room and the pool. Special mention to Marcel, which is the operations manager of the hotel and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Definitely the best staff we encountered in all of our stays in different hotels in Bali. Facilites are great, but hospitality business and great service is made by the people.. congratulations for the owner and hotel that has such a genuine and great person taking care of his guests!

Cooled by a fan and air conditioning, the rooms are fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV and a safety deposit box. Some units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Everything! The rooms, the pool, the staff, the location, all was great. The staff is very caring and give you free snacks and drinks throughout the day. The location is a bit outside of the main street but you can rent bikes so its perfect. They have nice sunset parties everyday with fire shows. We only booked 2 nights initally and ended up staying 7! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

Rooms were comfortable and included a balcony. The breakfast was ala carte instead of the usual buffet and the quality was amazing.
